First floor – a second kitchen, fully equipped and with a wood-burning fireplace. There is a large bathroom with shower and the living room, this is equipped with satellite TV and has access to a large 180sqm terrace which offers an unparalleled view of Florence and surrounding hills.

Second floor – a master bedroom with a small private terrace, a single bedroom and bathroom with shower.

The villa can accommodate up to 5 guests (2 double rooms and one single bedroom) , it has central heating, Wifi and private parking, the villa is protected by an automatic gate.
